Many of the documents contained on this website are available
in PDF format to allow you to download and view or
print them locally. This means that the original
document has been saved as an Adobe Acrobat file,
showing a file extension of ".pdf".
To read these files, you need a copy of the Acrobat
Reader software installed on your computer (however,
Mac OS X users may view PDF files in Preview).
Saved PDF files may be printed at your convenience on your local printer. They can also be emailed. To save the PDF file to your computer, follow the steps detailed below (depending on your computer type):
If you are using Windows,
right mouse click on the PDF file name/icon, and select "Save
As...".
You will need to nominate a directory location and file name
for the PDF file on your local computer. This file can then
be accessed at any time on your computer, and printed or
emailed as an attachment.
If you are using a Mac,
control-click or right click on the PDF file/icon, and select "Save
As...". You will need to nominate a directory location and
file name for the PDF file on your local computer. This file
can then be accessed at any time on your computer, and printed
or emailed as an attachment.
Sometimes, problems are experienced in trying to download and print these files. If you are having problems, please try the following steps to overcome the problem:
Download the latest version of Acrobat Reader onto your computer (updates are issued regularly by Adobe - you can check if you have the latest version by noting the current version number available, e.g. Acrobat Reader 7.0). This software can be downloaded for free.
Once you have the software installed, try and download the PDF file again.
Make sure your printer is turned on and connected properly to your computer.
Close all other programs (apart from Internet Explorer or other
web browser software) and try again.
